Bask is a celebration of feeling good: in the sun, in your skin, and with your people. They believed that sunshine has always helped everyone to do just that. But sunscreen hasn’t. That’s why they created great-feeling SPF formulas that are lightweight, non-oily, easy to apply, and better for us and the environment.

      It all began when founder Michael Huffstetler lost a family member to skin cancer. He set out to change sun care by inspiring and motivating people to wear more sunscreen with products that are a joy to put on. Hence, Bask is born.

      Bask's goal is pretty ambitious: to end skin cancer. They know the toll it can take, and they don’t want other families to have to experience what Michael did at the hands of the most preventable cancer. The best way to fight this disease, in their eyes, is to make sun care fun and enjoyable. They made the packaging playful, the formulas luxurious, and the application effortless.

      More than just creating healthy sun care products, Bask has a way of paying it forward to the community which welcomed them. They partnered with The Skin Protection Foundation (SPF) to build awareness for sun safety and increase access to sunscreen. 10% of sales proceeds and tens of thousands of units of sunscreen per year are donated to their NPO partners, so every purchase made is being paid forward.
