SHIPPING

Complimentary US domestic shipping on orders over $300. Complimentary shipping is sent via ground and can take up to 7 business to arrive. For express shipping, please choose this option at checkout. For orders under $300 the shipping cost is a flat rate of $19.95.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from when you receive the package to decide if you love it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet these standards. For eligible returns, a fee of $19.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. Free returns will only be accepted if you chat with a sales associate prior to purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at help@tiarerose.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

Need a new size? Have a question about a style? Text us for a hassle-free exchange! 

Remember, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we can help you make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, less the return fee, on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
